Client Spotlight: A Concord, MA Cutie's Newborn Photography Session

One of the best parts of being a newborn photographer in Norwood, MA is welcoming Boston area families into our cozy studio space—especially during those first precious days when everything feels new, beautiful, and full of love.

We recently had the joy of photographing Baby I, who came to the studio with her Concord, MA family—including her two adoring older brothers. The energy they brought to the session was heartwarming. Watching siblings interact with their brand-new baby sister for the first time is one of those moments that never loses its magic, even after nearly 30 years in Boston family photography.

At Alternate Angles, we always start sessions with any requested family or sibling photos. Parents arrive dressed and ready to go and capturing these group images first allows everyone—especially younger siblings—to relax and enjoy the rest of the session. Afterward, parents often change into something more comfortable while we focus on individual portraits of the baby. Depending on the ages of older siblings, they can depart after their images are created, allowing infant and Mom some quiet time.

We began with some sweet sibling shots—both boys were incredibly gentle with Baby I. One wrapped his arms around her with quiet pride, while the other kissed her tiny forehead with the kind of awe only an older brother can express. These sibling moments are such a gift to photograph because they capture the very beginning of lifelong relationships.
