For more than 20 years I’ve had the pleasure of being a professional photographer. I’ve photographed years of weddings and captured memories of Boston area families with growing children. I’m the heart behind Alternate Angles Photography and my endless enthusiasm for newborns, children, and photography shapes every session. I understand how much trust it takes to place your newborn in someone else’s hands, which is why I’m fully trained in newborn safety and dedicated to creating a calm, caring experience for your family.

As a mother of two young adults, I know just how quickly time passes. I still find myself trying to pack in as many moments as possible before they fly from the nest. That feeling is at the heart of my work. I want families to capture these memories now, because they become some of the most meaningful treasures you’ll ever have.

My sessions are designed to be relaxed and enjoyable while capturing the moments that matter most, from the tiny details of your newborn to the connection and pride shared within your family. Many families choose to document their baby’s first year together through my popular Baby Plan and Watch Me Grow plans because it is a time of incredible growth and change.

Throughout my career, my work has been recognized with honors such as the Kodak Gallery Award, the Fuji Masterpiece Award, and multiple awards from the Professional Photographers of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. My photography has appeared in national publications including Town & Country, Rangefinder, Studio Photography, and PDN. I also spent over a decade teaching photography and leading the Portraiture and Wedding Departments at New England School of Photography.

All of this experience and training allows me to bring both skill and care to what I do every day with families. Today, my focus is devoted to newborns, babies, and families, creating images that will be cherished for generations.
