- Deposits may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations.
- Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions may be accommodated when possible.
Image Delivery
Delivery timelines for edited galleries, prints, or digital products may vary depending on the scope of the project.
Alternate Angles Photography reserves the right to determine the artistic editing style and final image selections delivered to clients unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Copyright & Image Usage
All photographs taken by Alternate Angles Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Clients may use delivered images for personal use unless commercial rights are granted.
- Images may not be altered, sold, filtered, or commercially reproduced without written permission.
- Alternate Angles Photography may use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Alternate Angles Photography is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, illness, emergencies, or events outside our control
- Technical failures, equipment malfunctions, or data loss beyond reasonable control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services or website use
